First three formulations
The original Cleanse Ritual trio launches — body wash, scrub, and lotion — to 200 beta users. All sell out in 4 days.
Scent Trail is born
We partner with a master perfumer in Kannauj to develop our first fragrance collection. Fall in Love launches to 15,000 preorders.
100,000 customers
We cross 1 lakh customers without a single external marketing rupee. Every order comes from word of mouth.
Retail presence
The Love Co. enters Nykaa, Vanity Wagon, and 14 curated lifestyle stores across India.

Our First Principle
Formulation before everything
We spend an average of 14 months developing each formula before it reaches our customers. We work with cosmetic chemists in Mumbai, fragrance houses in Kannauj, and dermatologists across India.
Our Heritage
Rooted in the subcontinent's oldest knowledge
India has the world's richest tradition of body care — from the attars of Kannauj to the cold-pressed oils of Kerala to the ubtan rituals of Rajasthan. We are not borrowing from this tradition. We are its continuation.

No compromises, ever
We are cruelty-free, sulphate-free in our cleansers, paraben-free across the entire range, and free of synthetic colorants. Not because these are marketing points — because our customers deserve the same standard as any premium house in Paris or London.

A cosmetic chemist with fifteen years across Ayurvedic and modern formulation science. Every product begins and ends with her. She has never signed off on a formula she does not believe in personally.

Third-generation attar maker from the heart of India's fragrance country. He translates ancient extraction knowledge into contemporary formats — and ensures every scent we create has a genuine story behind it.

Our packaging is 80% recyclable by weight. We are transitioning to refillable formats across the Cleanse Ritual range through 2025.
