Acorn Powder

Acorns are more than a squirrel's favourite food. These little nuts come from oak trees (a keystone species) and are packed with nutrients and minerals. But what's acorn powder? Acorn powder is simply grounded up acorns. To get this fine dry powder whole acorns are cracked open, the seed is then extracted from the shell and grounded into flour.
