Heat destroys the actives in botanicals. Cold-pressing keeps the vitamins, the fatty acids, the polyphenols intact — that's why these oils work on skin where heat-pressed versions don't.

Our Naturals line is built around cold-pressed oils — almond, argan, coconut, sesame — pressed within 48 hours of harvest. Cold-pressing yields less oil per kilogram, but preserves the actives that do the work on skin.
