Yes — the formula is identical across all sizes. The 500ml edition uses the same ingredients, concentration, and quality standard as the regular size. The larger format does not change the texture, efficacy, or fragrance in any way. You get the same product, more of it.

How long a 500ml bottle lasts depends on the product format, body size, household use and how generously you apply. Use the pump or cap to control quantity and store the bottle away from direct heat or sunlight.

Absolutely — the 500ml format is ideal for household use. For two people using daily, body wash will last 3–4 weeks; lotion approximately consistent use. The pump format (where available) also makes shared use more hygienic and portion-controlled than squeeze bottles.

Pump availability depends on the specific product — check the individual product page for format details. Where pumps are available, they dispense the right amount per use without touching the bottle opening, which is cleaner and more hygienic for shared or bathroom use. Pump formats are also easier to use with wet hands in the shower.

Store upright in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight. Bathrooms are fine but avoid placing on windowsills or directly in front of a heater. Once opened, use within 12 months for best fragrance and formula performance — this is the PAO (Period After Opening) standard across TLC's range. 500ml used at normal frequency should be finished well within this window.

We do not currently offer a refill programme. Refilling from smaller packs is something you can do at home — ensure both products are the same variant and formula, and clean the 500ml bottle before refilling. However, for hygiene and formula integrity reasons, using products as packaged and within their original containers is preferred.
