Anadoris Group is the parent company behind The Love Co. and AREY Skincare. We're a small, focused team building two brands that are genuinely different from what exists in the Indian beauty market. The work is fast, the decisions are real, and there's no layer of management between the people doing the work and the people making the calls. Brand & Marketing
Content, performance, community. We write at a level most beauty brands don't attempt. Copywriters, strategists, and creatives who have strong opinions about how brands should talk.
Product & Formulation
New Scent Trails, new formats, new categories. We work closely with our formulation partners and need people who understand both the science of a formula and the experience it's trying to create.
Technology & Commerce
Shopify, analytics, CRM, automation. We run a lean tech stack and value people who build things rather than manage platforms. Bonus if you've worked in DTC or beauty before.
Operations
Supply chain, logistics, fulfilment. We're growing fast and need people who can build the infrastructure that makes that growth possible — methodically, without drama.

Craft
You care about the quality of your work independent of whether anyone is watching. You have strong opinions about what good looks like in your discipline.
Ownership
You finish what you start. You don't need a manager to tell you something is done badly — you already know, and you fix it before anyone asks.
Honesty
You give feedback directly. You say when something isn't working. You'd rather have an uncomfortable conversation early than a comfortable one too late.
Portfolio
We ask for specific work samples, not a CV. Show us something you built, wrote, designed, or launched — and tell us what you'd do differently.
