Returns & exchanges.
If something arrives broken, wrong, or just doesn't sit right — here's exactly what to do, and how fast we'll respond.
N° 01
Our policy
Due to the hygiene, health, and personal-care nature of our products, The Love Co. products are not returnable in the conventional sense. However, we offer a full refund or replacement in the following cases:
- Damaged or broken bottles or packaging on arrival.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Expired product delivered.
- Missing accessories or items in the package.

How to request a return
- Email care@anadoris.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product, the invoice, the inner and outer packaging, and the batch number.
- Our team replies within 48–72 hours to confirm next steps and arrange the reverse pickup at our cost.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, please allow 10–15 days for the refund or replacement to be processed.

Fragrance exchange
Not sure if a scent is for you? Our 14-day sealed return covers unopened items in original packaging. Write to us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a swap for another fragrance of equal value.
Opened fragrances cannot be exchanged — we recommend our Fragrance Quiz to find your scent family first.

Refunds
On single purchases, we issue refunds or replacements only where products are damaged in shipping or another genuine case applies (final decision rests with our care team), provided you contact us within 3 days of delivery.
If a product has been opened or used, we cannot offer a refund — it cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
Once approved, refunds are initiated within 7 business days. The refund will reach your original payment method within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
N° 05
Cancellations & refusal of delivery
If you'd like to cancel an order that has already shipped, you may refuse delivery when the courier arrives. We'll initiate a refund as soon as the parcel reaches us back.
Promo codes and discount vouchers applied to a cancelled or refused order will be treated as redeemed and cannot be reused.
