Sustainability · the rules we keep
Body care that thinks about the rest of the planet.
We make products you put on your body every day. That comes with a responsibility to you and to the environment. These are the commitments we have made and the ones we are working towards.
Four commitments · since day one
Four commitments we hold.
Responsible Product Language
We avoid overclaiming. Each page should tell customers what the product does, how it feels, and how it fits into the ritual.
Responsible Packaging
We are reviewing packaging by SKU so the bottle, pump, jar, and outer carton serve the product without unnecessary excess.
Ritual Efficiency
Better routines reduce confusion. Bundles, refills, and clear usage steps help customers buy what they will actually use.
Body-First Decisions
The body is the brief: daily use, real skin concerns, fragrance comfort, and a ritual that customers want to repeat.
The packaging roadmap · 2023 — 2026
Better packaging, step by step.
We are improving packaging step by step, prioritising formats that protect the formula, feel premium in the hand, and reduce unnecessary material wherever possible.

↑ TargetThe "no" list · what we leave out
The choices we explain clearly.
SLS / SLES
Sodium lauryl and laureth sulfates are surfactants that create foam but strip the skin's natural lipid barrier. We use gentler plant-derived cleansing agents in all our body washes.
Parabens
Preservation choices matter in body care. We keep ingredient language clear and product-specific so customers can make informed decisions.
Phthalates
Fragrance should feel memorable without confusing the customer. We describe scent notes, mood, and product role as clearly as possible.
Synthetic Colorants
Visual design should support the product, not distract from it. The formula, fragrance, and ritual remain the centre.
