How your order travels from our Mumbai studio to your doorstep — timelines, charges, and what to do if something feels off.
N° 01
Delivery timelines
Orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days from our Mumbai fulfilment centre. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and the assigned courier partner.
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 2–4 business days.
- Tier-2 cities: 3–5 business days.
- Remote / Tier-3 areas: 5–7 business days.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. During Mega Sale or festival events, dispatch may take up to 7 days due to increased volumes.

Shipping charges
Shipping is free on orders above ₹599. For orders below ₹599 a flat handling fee of ₹49 applies, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
We do not ship outside India at this time.
N° 03
Cash on Delivery & payment
Cash on Delivery is available on orders below ₹3,000 across most pin codes. A small handling fee applies (waived for orders above ₹999). We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.
N° 04
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. Once your order is handed to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled — but you may refuse delivery and we'll initiate a return on your behalf.
Discount vouchers and promo codes are intended for one-time use and will be treated as redeemed even if you cancel the order they were applied to.
N° 05
Lost or delayed shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, write to care@anadoris.com with the order number and we'll raise an investigation with our courier partner. Lost shipments are fully refunded or re-shipped at our cost.
