TL;DR: Body mist is a light, layerable fragrance you spray on skin to refresh and wear close. It lasts a few hours (longer when layered), is gentle enough for daily use, and works best over moisturised pulse points.
How long does body mist last?
A few hours on its own, depending on the base note and your skin. Mists with warm, woody or oriental bases linger longest — and layering one over a matching lotion or oil extends it well into the day. The full method is in our guide to making a mist last longer.
Where should I spray body mist?
On warm pulse points — inner wrists, base of the throat, behind the ears, inner elbows — ideally over moisturised skin straight after a shower. Let it dry down; don't rub your wrists together.

Is body mist the same as perfume?
No. Body mist is lightly concentrated and made to refresh and layer; eau de parfum is far more concentrated and lasts longer per application. We break down the difference in mist vs EDP vs spray.
Can I use body mist every day?
Yes — mists are light and skin-friendly, designed for daily wear and easy reapplication. Choose an alcohol-free, conditioning formula for sensitive skin.
How do I choose a body mist?
Pick by scent family and look for a real base note for longevity. New to scent families? Start with our guide to fragrance notes.
