We want every order to reach you perfectly. If something goes wrong, here's exactly what to do.
Shipping
Shipping and handling charges are shown at checkout before payment. Most orders are dispatched within 1-4 business days, and delivery timelines vary by pin code, courier load, weekends, holidays and sale-period volume. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details by SMS or email.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they enter dispatch. Once dispatched, an order is not eligible for cancellation. Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use and may be treated as used even if an order is cancelled.
Returns & Exchange
The Love Co. products are personal-care products and are not returnable in the conventional sense once opened or used. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, expired, or with missing items, write to support@theloveco.in with your order number, invoice, product photos, inner and outer packaging photos, and batch details where visible.
Refunds & Replacements
Eligible refund or replacement requests are reviewed after support verifies the issue. Used products are not accepted for return because they cannot be resold. If there are any concerns, contact support and we will share the available resolution options based on the order issue.
