Refund policy

Shipping
The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments. The order will take 6-7 days to reach your doorstep. 
Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company. We usually dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days.
 The estimated delivery time may vary slightly from state to state. Days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are calculated as working days. Product delivery may get delayed due to reasons relating to logistics issues.
If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 7 days from the Date of Order.

 Cancellations
Orders once dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.

Returns & Exchange
1. The Love Co. products are non-returnable due to hygiene/health and personal care/wellness/consumable nature of the product.
 2. In case you would want a refund or replacement, please send us an email with the Images of the Product, Invoice, Inner & Outer Packaging and Batch Number to care@anadoris.com, within 24 hours of the order delivery. We would require 48-72 hours to revert.
 3. Kindly take picture of the damaged product.
 4. Please allow us 10 to 15 days from the day you return your package, for your request to be processed. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. Refund will be intiated with 7 days after investigtaion of the matter.
 5. You will be eligible for full refund or exchange without incurring any additional charges if it is the case of:
 a. Package has accessories missing.
     b. Damaged or broken bottles/pack.
     c. Wrong product delivery.
     d. Expired product delivery.

Refunds
On single purchases we only provide refunds or replacements if the products are damaged during shipping or any other genuine case (final decision taken by us), provided that you reach out to our customer care team within 3 days of delivery of said Order. If the products are used, we do not offer a refund, as the product now cannot be resold to any other customer.
