The scent
Rose Oud opens with bergamot and pink pepper, settles into Kannauj rose absolute with damask rose and saffron through the heart, and dries down on aged oud, amber, and white musk over 6–8 hours on damp skin.
The ritual
Layered with the matching body wash and lotion, the scent lasts past midnight. Designed by Meera Oberoi, Chief Perfumer at Anadoris Research Labs.

Apply the matching Rose Oud body lotion on damp skin within 3 minutes of towelling off. Fragrance adheres far longer to moisturised skin than dry skin.

Over neck, décolleté, inner wrists, and through your hair. Hold the bottle 15cm from skin — close enough to land, far enough to disperse evenly.

Sakura is a fleeting flower — one week a year. To bottle that delicacy without losing it to musk takes balance. Peony does the bridging.
I worked on Japanese Cherry Blossom for eight months across three iterations. The challenge wasn't the cherry blossom itself — it was holding its softness against a base that had to last 8 hours.
What you smell on skin is V3. Peony and white musk carry the sakura long after the top fades.
In this lotion, the scent locks into the lipid layer within three minutes of moisturising. Step two of the Cleanse Ritual — Skin Lock, where the heart notes anchor for the long wear.

How greasy is it on Bombay-summer days? I can't do heavy creams in May.
Whipped texture, absorbs in 60–90 seconds. Summer trick: take half your usual amount, warm it between palms first. Winter: layer thicker over damp skin straight out of the shower for the full Skin Lock.
Will the scent of the butter clash with my perfume?
If it's the same Scent Trail, the butter amplifies your perfume — that's the whole point of the ritual. Cross-trail (e.g. floral butter under oud perfume) can muddle. Match the trail, layer fearlessly.
Is the jar worth it over just using the body lotion?
For dry-to-very-dry skin, knees, elbows, post-shower winter use — yes, the butter is denser and locks in longer. For normal/combination skin, the body lotion is enough for daily; keep the butter for the parts that need it.
