Lather. Wait. Rinse.
This is the step-up 2% BHA — for skin that has already tolerated 1%. Build frequency slowly.
Lather on breakout zones
On damp skin, work it over back, chest, shoulders and congested areas.
Leave it on — 30 to 60
Start 3–4 times a week. The salicylic needs contact time to get into the pore.
Rinse, then moisturise
Rinse well, moisturise after, SPF on exposed skin. If well tolerated, increase frequency.
Powered by 2% Salicylic Acid
A step-up 2% oil-soluble BHA for stubborn body congestion that a gentler 1% wash no longer clears on its own.
Clears deep congestion
Oil-soluble BHA works inside the follicle on stubborn pores.
Targets bacne zones
Built for back, chest, shoulders and arms.
Refines texture
Regular use smooths and refines the look of pores.
The step up

What 4 weeks actually looks like
A 2% BHA clears congestion faster than 1% — but only if your barrier keeps up. Frequency is the lever.
Less oil, calmer skin
Fewer new clogged pores by evening. Existing bumps have not moved yet.
New breakouts slow
Stubborn congestion starts clearing where 1% left off. Texture begins smoothing.
Deeper pores clear
Older, deeper breakouts flatten. Marks they leave fade slower — niacinamide + azelaic help.

- The treat step between showers

Straight answers.
When to upgrade from 1% to 2%?
After 4–6 weeks on 1% with no irritation, if you want faster results on stubborn breakouts or KP.
Frequency?
3–4 times a week to start. Daily for tolerant skin.
Wear SPF?
Always — salicylic increases sun sensitivity.
Who should skip this one?
Anyone who hasn't already run 4–6 weeks on the 1% without irritation. This is a step-up, not a starting point — going straight to 2% is the most common reason people decide body acids 'don't suit them'. Also skip it on broken, raw or freshly-shaved skin.
How long does one bottle last?
At the recommended 3–4 washes a week on back, chest and shoulders, a 200ml bottle runs about 10–12 weeks. Using it daily head-to-toe empties it in three — and won't clear you any faster.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Unopened and sealed, it's returnable within 14 days. Once opened we can't take personal-care products back for hygiene reasons — so start at the lowest frequency on the label and give it the full 4 weeks before you judge it. If it arrives damaged or wrong, photograph it within 48 hours and we replace it free. Our team will help you adjust frequency rather than leave you stuck with something that isn't working.
